- An equity-sharing program to make home-buying attainable for income levels beyond traditional affordable housing
- A fact-based, data-driven approach to managing growth/development to encourage accessible housing solutions
- Lobbying at the State to push for changes, such as allowing covenant homes to count on the SHI list
